Yogurt Parfait

Yogurt Parfait is an easy breakfast recipe that has substantial nutritional value and great flavor. Simply add your favorite ingredients to a parfait glass and that’s it. What a nice way to wake up!

Ingredients to make one parfait (quantities may change depending on size of glass):

  • One parfait glass
  • ¾ cup fruit (fresh or frozen & thawed: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, apples, peaches, raisins, cranberries, kiwi, pineapple, melon, papaya, orange sections...)
  • ¾ cup - 1 cup Vanilla yogurt (use another flavor, if desired)
  • ½ cup granola
Add half of the fruit to empty glass. Follow with half of yogurt and half of granola. Repeat layers ending with granola on top. Eat right away or keep chilled for later.
