Tuna Noodle Bake

Tuna Noodle Bake is a classic casserole recipe that can be prepared in a very short time, with terrific results. Your kids will love this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup grated or diced onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 oz. each) (do not add water)
  • 4 cups cooked noodles (medium egg noodles are good for this)
  • 2-3 cans flaked white tuna (6-7 oz.)(you may need 2.5 cans)
  • 1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish.

Saute onions in melted butter, in saucepan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until tender. Stir in soup, noodles and tuna. Blend ingredients and pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle chips over top of tuna mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbling.

Makes 6 servings.
