Salad recipes - Main Course and Side Salads
Salad Recipes seem to be everywhere these days, and with good reason. Keep the ingredients fresh, lowfat and local for best nutritional value. Eat a salad every day and pack one up for school or work - your body will show its appreciation.
The list of recipes below includes some of my favorites:
Greek Salad Recipe with Barley is a variation on the traditional Greek salad recipe packed full of flavor and nutritional value, Marinated Tomato Salad is fresh and delicious, particularly during the summer months when local tomatoes are abundant, Whitefish Salad is a revelation, particularly if you have not tasted it before and Israeli Salad is a delectable and unique recipe by the respected Israeli culinary expert and author Janna Gur - all fantastic.
