Pareve Ice Cream Cake

Pareve Ice Cream cake is quick to prepare and well worth the effort. Follow the dessert recipe below or make substitutions to suit your own taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 carton NutriWhip
- 1 package pareve Oreo style cookies
- 1 graham pie crust
- fresh berries, if desired
Crush the cookies in your food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Leave out a few larger cookie pieces for garnish.
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the Nutriwhip - stir only, do not whip.
Pour into pie crust and place in freezer overnight.
Garnish with berries and cookie pieces. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
Note: You can freeze the cream mixture in small little tarts instead of a pie crust. In addition. you can crush hard candies
(chocolate mints for example) and add them to the mixture. Pieces of your favorite pareve candy bar could also be used.
