Crock Pot Turkey

<< Crock pot Turkey is a very easy recipe: turn your crockpot on in the morning, have supper ready at night! No problem. Crock pot recipes are extremely convenient, especially if you are away from home all day or too busy to cook. Come home to the delectable aroma of freshly cooked turkey and enjoy it with your family. This is a crock pot recipe with staying power.

Ingredients:

  • 4 turkey drumsticks or thighs
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Sprinkle turkey drumsticks or thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a large crockpot.

Combine rest of ingredients and pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.

Serves 4.
